RETIREMENT ROAD TOUR #2

I am swapping out F-Cracker the Gladiator for Big Yellow the JK. I had the JK in the shop for the same leaky ARB issue that Eddie had.

In addition the front flange on the Atlas T-Case needed a new flange after the issue I had at Shaver Lake when the bolts came loose and the drive shaft let loose.

The new bolts are longer and fully engage the threads in the flange.

The drive shaft caused some chaos when it went. Luckily I was not going very fast and able to pull over immediately. You can see where the transmission pan was brutalized.

In addition it bent the shift linkage slightly and shifting into Drive takes a bit more distance.
