It's allowed, and if they do they are supposed to state that it's a biodiesel blend in order to be exempt from taxes for that portion, something like that.The wind blew hard from OK City all the way through the Texas Panhandle and finally stopped just short of the NM border. No wonder they have all those eye-sore, bird killing windmills. Although many were not spinning.

Does anyone know if Texas adds biofuel to their diesel? Apparently NM does.
I forget when it started but I remember it was an issue because the price did not go down even though they were getting tax breaks
