Rebuilding Transfer case

Has anyone rebuilt their transfer case and is there anyway to beef up the rebuild?

I think that jk's transfer case is very durable. What is your problem?

When put in 4hi or 4low there is a clunking sound in the transfer case

Are you sure the clunking isn't coming from a driveshaft? Checked all of your u-joints? How many miles on your '10? Like jknikos said, the JK transfer cases are pretty durable.
