Rebel Offroad Customer Treatment??

Wow! What is with companies these days? Do they not understand that they are a business and not just a bunch of guys who can spout off at the mouth? What good could have possibly come from a response like that, including name calling and their personal political views? The list of American companies that still believe in great customer service and professionalism seems to be shrinking with each passing year.
