Rear ProRock 60 for cheap...

Here's a description of the axle:
Semi-float (set 10 wheel bearings)
4.56 gears
ARB air locker
high-pinion
stock width
1310 U-bolt yoke
stock JK brakes
1541 axleshafts

Local deal only. I want your rear Dana 44 and a negotiable amount of cash in return. I don't care if your Dana 44 has an open differential with stock shafts. Axle was about $5000 new, but I will sell for much less. This axle has only about 1000 miles on it and will be sold with the compressor and mounting bracket. No IOU's. Nothing is final until we meet in person and can see the other's axle.

The axle is fine, I am simply not willing to deal with yet another failed TIPM. I am selling the Jeep but would rather get a little cash back and have the ProRock go to someone that would put it to good use. I certainly won't get good money from a dealer for it...
