Rear gears.

On my way home from the New Year’s kick off run I broke the rear gears. 7 miles from home. Limped her home. Interesting thing. The shims slipped out as far as the axle anyway. Aloud the carrier to move back and forth. Ordered new gears, bearings and tools for the repair. It’s not back together yet.

Lessons relearned (30 years since last gear job ). Paid someone to do these last time. and new lessons learned. I believe it’ll run.

Funny thing is I am having 37's put on this Thursday...and the are actually 30.00 cheaper than the 35's....I asked why is that he said they are not as popular...so cheaper....go figure..
