Bummer. That's maybe the single worst part about high end shocks. They cost a ton to buy and then require a LOT of maintenance to keep them working well.
Fortunately a shop in town had the bearings. I’ve never done them before so I was a little intimidated at first but once I got it clean up enough to see how it works, it was surprisingly easy to replace. The hardest part was breaking the old snap rings loose. Smooth sailing from there, no more noise. All shocks going in for seals and oil early January.
