Yes, but I don't know of any 6 bit binary code out there. It would need to be 00011101 to have any meaning to a computer.

So do they keep the original plates on the car? I've never seen a used car lot that has cars with license plates on them before. Maybe a temp plate in the rear, but no way a front.:thinking:
