I think that’s a Lowe’s thing. Most of the ones I go to don’t have it locked.
I was at Canadian tire this past weekend and the paint there was in locked cases. Not sure when this started or even why.

Here in Missouri, I think you have to be 18 to buy spray paint and obviously kids steal it to make "graffiti".I've never heard of this before. Wonder what that's all about.
I do have to sign for cough syrup now though at the grocery store. And it pisses me off that ink cartridges are locked up.
