I have buffing pads that attach to a conventional drill, I’ll start there. What compound you think? It’s not leftover adhesive but rather the outline of the letters.I would try a cleaning compound. Start mild Do you have access to a RO buffer? If not you could do it by hand but a bit more time consuming.
I edited my post with an Amazon link to what I use. Its very mild nut gets the job done. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BLPR1ZY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_shareI have buffing pads that attach to a conventional drill, I’ll start there. What compound you think? Thank you! I’ll give that or something similar a try.I edited my post with an Amazon link to what I use. Its very mild nut gets the job done. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BLPR1ZY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Actually thinking about it some more. You might want to try a clay bar on it with a good clay lubricant you’d be surprised how much a clay bar will pick up. Just keep turning it and working it.Thank you! I’ll give that or something similar a try.
That was my first idea! I’ll try both but hope you’re right.Actually thinking about it some more. You might want to try a clay bar on it with a good clay lubricant you’d be surprised how much a clay bar will pick up. Just keep turning it and working it.
