Their customer service and support is legit; when I bought the kit for my 2010 JKU, I thought the pump was having issues because it would begin to steer ok then it would over-steer, they walked me thru troubleshooting and then overnighted to Utah a replacement pump, followed up a couple of days later to make sure it was solved and drivable, then told me to drop off the old part when I came back into Texas (their office was along my return route).

Next steering upgrade will be PSC
