To me "willful defiance" seems like an exercise of inalienable rights to me. It seems that California schools have a problem with students who stand up for themselves. Not a fan at all of this governor but seems like the right call to me!

It's the State taking away even more discipline leaving the teachers and administrators hamstrung when students decide they don't want to follow rules or be taught.
It's not giving the students the capability to protest against CORE programs like you're thinking.
