I’ve been to the Pentagon many times.

You would be shocked at the lack of security pre 9-11. Although there was an external fence and check points to get in, it’s not what you’d think.

Pre 9-11 it was a different world. Fort Bragg was an open post. A massive base, home of some of the most elite units in the world- no external fence or checkpoints- the pizza delivery guy could drive right in and walk into many of the buildings.

The more outlandish theories that are invented about the FedGov’s fuck-ups, the less credibility that will be given to true stories of failures, thus producing cover for actual wrongdoing and incompetence. If I were a government or a ‘Man in Black’ agent trying to conceal things I would flood the zone with insane conspiracies to discredit people and the accusations.

It’s an actual technique of misdirection. Now when anybody questions the government on those same events they are portrayed as kooks and crazies. They are then linked to those publicly discredited theories shutting down any attempt at uncovering the actual truth.

The 1990’s era front gate camera was meant to capture images of cars going 5-mph a short distance away. The jet was going 530+ mph a much farther distance away- so yeah, you don’t get a clear high resolution photo of a plane. There were multiple eye witnesses to the plane as well an air traffic controllers who tracked it in. Also actual parts of the plane were found as well as light poles that were knocked down by the wings of the plane.

If that shit occurred today there would be hundreds of high resolution photos- and most of those would be posted to social media. Back then there were very few cameras- even in so called ‘secure’ locations.

My aunt and uncle’s farm was just down the road from where they filmed in Bucks county. Pretty cool seeing it after watching the movie, also creepy lol
