The 1/4 drivers arent bad but they are only ~150or so ft pounds. I'd expect them to struggle with larger fasteners Plus over time they will bend or shatter the 1/4 bits.
 
I have that same driver and use the shit out of it as a screw installer. I'm siding my garage & shed next week and plan on using it to screw the siding down. These things can take a beating. I used it a few years back to install all the wire holders for our electric fence and it did it on one charge. I always find a use for this thing

Having said that, these will work fine on small nuts & bolts but really you need a 1/2" impact for working on the Jeep.

This ^^ I’ve used it almost exclusively to build my house. Only thing I’ve used a drill for is my hole saws. I had the older model that I replaced with this one about three months into building because it was dying but it was old.
