I’m the odd man out as I’m full dewalt. Most of my power tool use is wood working and outdoor yard stuff. They’ve worked great for me.

That’s not gonna work for working on your Jeep. That’ll be the same thing as a regular drill.

The 1/4 drivers arent bad but they are only ~150or so ft pounds. I'd expect them to struggle with larger fasteners Plus over time they will bend or shatter the 1/4 bits.

I have that same driver and use the shit out of it as a screw installer. I'm siding my garage & shed next week and plan on using it to screw the siding down. These things can take a beating. I used it a few years back to install all the wire holders for our electric fence and it did it on one charge. I always find a use for this thing

Having said that, these will work fine on small nuts & bolts but really you need a 1/2" impact for working on the Jeep.

This ^^ I’ve used it almost exclusively to build my house. Only thing I’ve used a drill for is my hole saws. I had the older model that I replaced with this one about three months into building because it was dying but it was old.
