Figure this is as good a place to ask, with cut fenders what is the minimum lift needed to get 37s in. 80% highway, mainly fire trails and some mud, no rocks in Florida

Probably in the 3" range with cut fenders. I'm running stock fenders, 3.5" AEV lift and 37" Nitto Trail Grapplers on ATX Slabs and haven't seen any major rubbing yet.

In addition to lift height, wheel backspacing will really come into play on the lower lift heights.

3" bump stops and some trimming of metal.

I'm currently running 3.5" BS with Slabs. I was running 35" BFGs on AEV Pintlers which had 5.2" BS. I was pretty sure the backspacing on the Pintlers would have caused issues with the 37" Nittos.
