Option for new JK

Nice! Thanks for sharing that piece. I wonder if the OEM version will sit nice and flush with the headlight location or pushed forward like the current Trucklites? That's about the only thing keeping from a set of Trucklites.
 
That would be awesome and really open the door for people who can't afford to drop the cash to upgrade on their own. But let's be honest of course its going to be $1000 option just because Chrysler is saving money doesn't mean there not going to charge a premium for it. It is interesting that they are not using the. JW Speaker lights. It'd be nice for the non DIY folks but I'm sure they will charge 2x as much as they're worth. I'd still opt for the stock lighting and upgrade it myself for less.
 
Here is the way I see it. If it offered as an option then there will be replacement parts available soon afterwards, which means being able to purchase them from a dealer or other source for a fraction of the cost and installing them yourself or dealership.
