Maybe it's just me but I don't know if I've ever found myself taking much longer to air up than anyone else. Certainly, I'm never the last guy that everyone is waiting on.I no it will work but it sure takes a long time.

I tend to pack more tools and shit than I'll ever use but for the OCD mind, it's better to have it and not need it.
I have two 20# aluminum tanks purchased from my local welding supply. When empty I just swing by and swap for a full tank. I never have to worry about expiration or paying to certify.I have a Viair portable pump, felt it was too slow compared to most ARB's. Went to the CO2 tank, much faster but a PIA to get filled and now can't use it because it also needs testing. The places that would normally do the service are playing catch-up and not doing consumer fills nor testing yet.
I like the ARB mount location on the firewall, one less thing to pack in and out as well as take up valuable space.
Filling up a little slower allows me to check for damage I didn't feel or hear, as well as look around the group to see if anyone else might need help. I tend to pack more tools and shit than I'll ever use but for the OCD mind, it's better to have it and not need it.
Will that bracket work on a 392?After watching Eddie's ARB install video, I decided to go that route on my 392. Ordered everything then decided I need to go back and order the heat shield. My 392 throws a ton of heat and figured I should be safer than sorry, so I'll order that up next and get the whole thing installed after my lift and tires go on next week. Thanks Eddie for that ARB install video by the way!![]()

Need to read the write-up for the heat shield. Hope it does otherwise I’ll have to come up with something. Will that bracket work on a 392?
Just responded to your other post. I had no issues installing my ACM on my 2021 JL Sport with a manual. Are there any issues using the bracket on a 21 JLU with a Manual? I watched his video and I see it installs under the grommet where the clutch comes thru the firewall. Anyone have any experience? Thanks!
No, not on my 392 XR. The washer fluid thingy is in that space. I had to go with the dual ARB under the passenger seat. Liking it !!Will that bracket work on a 392?
That's good to know. I still haven't tried to install my on-board air but I'll definitely be on the lookout for the washer fluid reservoir potentially getting in the way!No, not on my 392 XR.
