okeedoky0 wants freedom of speech

Do a write up if you want, but please don't post up pictures of copyrighted install instructions.

If you want a copy of the Smittybilt Atlas 76896 rear bumper and tire carrier instructions I would be glad to email them to you. Just send me a PM. The moderators of this forum wont allow posting of instructions and you wont find them anywhere else on the net.

^^This is what you came up with as a "solution" for your post being removed?

Sharky is right, It's copyright info and shouldn't be posted. Take your own pics of the install and do a write up about it and how you made it work even with the instructions. Don't get your panties in a bunch about it.

Damn, those sorry ass moderators.

If you want a copy of the Smittybilt Atlas 76896 rear bumper and tire carrier instructions, please contact Smittybilt directly. The moderators of this forum actually believe that things like intellectual property, the rule of law, and common f-ing sense mean something.

Fixed it for you. :asshat:

Its nice to know that the freedom of speech I fought for while in the Marine Corps is still allowed in this country. God forbid I post instruction literature for products made in China on a forum website based in the United States. We wouldn't want to piss off the Chinese dictators would we. Or did I already do that?:9lame:

Am I missing something because I can't read anywhere that he says to hell with everyone on installing this part. At least he's offering to email the direction.

And thanks for serving okeedoky0!

***Edit***

I'm not withdrawing what I said but I'm not hear to fight or be on anyone's side. Just want to learn about my Jeep. Not going to add anymore to this thread.

Sharkey. You sir are absolutely correct. Regardless of who owns the intellectual property it is copy written and protected. I too serve to protect the freedoms this country affords including the freedom of speech. I also serve to uphold the rule of law. We need both. It is the peak of arrogance to pick and choose which we respect and which we disregard. Just my two pennies.

Installing a bumper probably isn't exactly rocket science to start with

Who told you that you had freedom of speech on a privately owned forum. Your bumper may have been built in China, but it was done so by a company in America. If your Chinese dictator comment is a slam on the owner of the privately owned forum, you are welcome to leave and not log back on, or maybe I will help you. You qualify as an :asshat:.
