Noise at flex

Recently got sway bar disconnects and just wanted to find out if this noise is normal or if not then what’s causing it.

Sounds like your springs are catching on the bump stop towers. If they are, you should start to see evidence of it on both the lip of the jounce cups and or feel it on the inside of the springs.

Reason for this happening is typically caused by spring bow from improper upper perch isolator installation or from lower control arms that are set too long or you have too much caster set. Not really a big deal though, just annoying.

I still have stock control arms and my springs look straight normally. What should I be looking for to fix it? Also thank you for the quick reply
