GCM 2 New member Nov 1, 2012 #2 If that was a rear differential housing, I would say it was the bottom side and a drain hole for diff fluid like on the Mopar D44's. It's obviously a front axle, so I'm not sure what purpose it's serves.

Indefatigable New member Nov 1, 2012 #3 Is this the locker power access? Or the locker light switch hole? The TJ D44 fronts had two holes, one for the air, one with a switch for the activation light on the dash.
