So…last night we saw U2 at the Sphere in Las Vegas. This venue should qualify as one of the Wonders Of The World. The poured in place concrete walls end up as a true sphere…and the graphics that are on the walls during the show was mind blowing…these pics do not do it justice.

Even though the room was spherical, it looks like we were in a giant box at times

This started as a single beetle alighting on the wall, it was soon followed by every bug imaginable…by the end of the song the walls were solid black

I'm not a big U2 fan either...but that place was something else...

we saw U2 many years ago in Honolulu…but we didn’t go to see them, we went to see the opening band, which was Pearl Jam; they killed it, and I would have been fine leaving after their set.

I think if Tiny Tim was playing at the Sphere, I would have still been amazed by the venue…
