Moab labor day

Are you going the weekend prior? I'm considering going, but it's almost 100 degrees there right now. What trails were u planning on doing?
 
I'm meeting a few others on labor day. Staying for 4 days. I don't know what trails yet. But we live in vegas so the temps don't scare us. ;)
 
I might be. We did it last year and the weather was quite nice early Sept. Let me know what trails you're going to run. I REALLY want to run Elephant Hill. Did not get to run it in May b/c it's so far south, kinda out of the way from other trails we were doing and ran out of time. Anyhow, could be fun to meet up. Want to try out my newly swapped in rubi transfer case :brows:

Nice!! We don't really have any trails in mind right now. how ever I'm the limmiting factor. No front locker yet. :doh:

Is a front locker really necessary? What I mean is I was told I needed one for the Rubicon but I went without one. I didn't have any trouble without it.

Well, I can do you one more, no front or rear locker yet. I've run a number of trails in Moab and though I've taken different lines than my buddies Rubicon, it has not stopped me. Lockers are coming for me next summer, but I still wanna have some fun ya know? Also, it gives me a reason to use my winch, lol.

Hey its only been in the 100s here for the past 6 weeks with the exception of that random rain last week. I got to have some fun in the wagonwheel flood hahaha

Yea. Heat is not a problem. ;)
 
My wife and i will be there on saturday and part of sunday We would love to do at least one of the harder trails the rest of the time is gonna be more less sight seeing.

We will be in Moab from Saturday around 1pm until Monday morning then were headed to Montrose. Wouldn't mind doing a run with you if we have time.
 
bad news

Looks like I'm gonna have to sit this one out fellas. My wife hurt her back at work today and offroading this weekend is not an option at this point :naw:. Disappointed but you guys have fun for me and take lots of pics. Catch you on the next trip.
