WOOHOO - It's SEMA TIME and this is the place where I'll be posting up quick, ON THE GO pics of everything I come across and think that you might want to see. As always, if there's anything in particular you'd like to see more of or have questions about, all you have to do is ask.

Also, don't forget to check out the main SEMA 2025 sub-forum for a whole lot more HI-RES PHOTOS and of course, all the VIDEOS that we'll be posting up from the show.

So, I was originally going to start this thread on Sunday but there seems to be enough going on here that I just assume start it now. And, the thing I really wanted to share was how crazy different the Las Vegas Convention Center looks like now with it's new wave remodel. Of course, we were well aware this was coming as construction started the year before but man, everything is soooo different now.

Here's a shot what the main entrance to the convention center looked about 20 years ago.

Here's what it looked like for the better part of the last 10 years.

And, although it isn't quite finished, here's what it looks like now!

One last one before we need to head out for the day and it's a dusy! This truck is literally 7' high at the frame rails and that is crazy tall but holy hell, the crazy tall coilovers and worse, the billet aluminum components were simply over the top. Serious money is in this thing.

I would totally be ok with my tax dollars supporting that thing to drive through certain protests that block the road.

If you get time for a closer inspection, I am curious if that brake rotor/caliper is functional for some reason or just cosmetic. Land Rover at one point had a brake drum on the rear driveshaft for an ebrake.

I don't know how well it works but it's functional. I've seen a lot of build like this over the years.
