Loose footman's loop

The middle footman's loop on my window frame is coming loose and I was wondering if anybody has ever replaced the rivets with nut certs and screws instead of putting in more rivets.

The newer jeeps come with them bolted instead of rivets. The CB mount I got from Strike Force came with nutserts in case you had a rivet style footman.

Not sure but here are some pics with a tape measure. You could probably shoot them an email for the exact size.
