Did that shredded boot finally lead to failure?... I have no experience with that yet, but popular choices seem to be JE Reel or Coast...but if you can get something local and affordable...do that imo, as long as it has good joints etc.

No it's still working, but I'd rather replace it. But I'm replacing my u joint now....

Make sure you go with a spicer or neapco joint. They are a lot stronger and they are made in the U.S.A.
