Was getting close to that on the highway running “37” inch BFG KO2 and a 2.5 inch lift.

just arrived in Amarillo from Utah thru New Mexico, my average 18.1, had a high of 19 before I turned the AC on...

Then I got out of the Jeep and realized the 30mph wind gusts were helping me along lol
