Light grinding noise in transmission

Yes I'm still under warranty. The shifter did vibrate, but I'm more concerned about the noise I hear associated with it.

Did you ever find out what the noise was coming from tranny. Mine started doing same thing a few weeks ago. I have a manual 16' JKU.
