Back in May 2015 I purchased this 20" Eyourlife bar for my son's 2008 JKU:

We used flowing silicone around the glass edges and it's still crystal clear. It's very bright for it's size and if we needed more LED's, I'd search for Eyourlife first. I know a few other folks in my area that have used Eyourlife and are also happy with their decision.

Cut the trim into 1ft pieces and places on every other fin on the far sides of the light bar. That's where the whistle seems to come from.
