Lifters ticking

Ok found my issue thought I'd share as I've been procrastinating and avoiding checking these as the weather has been crap but here it is... looks normal right.... anyone have a replacement suggestion not looking at replacing the whole exhaust just the manifold IMG_1090.jpg

Guess I was to late. I thought I had the same tick and it was a cracked manifold. Replaced it with a new one for 70 bucks or so. If it fails again I'll fork over 400 to do a ss fabricated one.
