Lift questions

I recently had a AEV 3.5" Dualsport RS lift installed. A week after that I put some toyo 35x12.50s on my stock rims with 1.5" spacers. I noticed the typical tire close to the pinch seam. My question is would it be better to get after market control arms for the rear and maybe that will push the axle back 1"-2" and then I wouldn't have to mess with the seam and the sliders?

This is all on a 2008 Rubicon.

And then you would have the same issue with the rear/rear pinch seam. Just cut them both (front and rear of rear wheel well) it is easy and looks good if done right.

The problem only appears to be in the rear. The rubi rails are close also. I was thinking about just cutting them down until I can get some sliders.
