It's once a year for the jeep jamboree usa. It's all private property. The event sells out in 5 minutes and every year over loads the server and crashes the Web page. We are going to try and get in the Vermont one next year. All the events in the northeast sell out in minutes cause we have no place to wheel. The catskills has 12 trails one is a 9+
Are you local Armydog?

Get out and use your jeep!!

Damn dude that looks like you reached the limits of your jeeps flex haha
Oh Ya!! I've been playing with the bumpstops. I know I'll need more lift, I want 40's under her with a year or 2. I'm thinking the currie 4", or seeing what else I need to do. Axles, obviously!!LOL!!

I dig it dude. I'm planning on running a 3.5" EVO enforcer and 37s. And a pair of PR44s but I have to get a JK again first lol.

Both motors and years have their strong points. Better power, and way better tranny (auto) in the 12 (I run an 08 w/ standard, so no change to that tranny). Hands down, no doubt. But properly geared, the 3.8 isn't awful. And 505 makes a stroker/build kit to make it a 4.1, and addresses some of the failings. One thing we've noticed, here in the wild wet west country of Alberta, where there's so much water and swamp, is the pulleys on the pentastar fail with alarming regularity, but my 3.8 minivan motor keeps chugging, never requiring new pulleys. Why? Don't know, but makes me glad I've got what I have.

Here's a few much better pics than the last ones I posted.
