Kudos to Quadratec!!!!

Hold times are the ONLY complaint I can think of when it comes to Quadratec based on my experiences. Odds are that someone somewhere has had a different experience other than completely positive. I'm sorry to hear about your frustration. I guess I'm a little puzzled why you can't deal directly with RR/Omix-Ada yourself to get the parts you need and eliminate the middle-man since you appear to be keeping the doors and only in need of missing parts? Also, have you requested an exchange for a kit that has been confirmed to include all the parts instead of playing the waiting game so that Quadratec can deal with it on their own time table?
