There was a question on rebuilding PSC pump. Reached out to them and it is possible. $150 plus tax plus minus and shipping both ways.
Will be sending mine at some point.
Out with an old. Booster is here but master should arrive by the end of the week.
PITA to get it out. Had to separate the booster from the mounting plate otherwise it would not come out.
Need to figure out how to measure the distance on that calibration rod in the booster. Got the tool but is does not work with jeep master.
Everything is back in. Bled the lines. Same soft pedal.
Will take it to my local guy to bleed again may be my bleeder is not powerful enough and will have him bleed ABS.
Was able to take the jeep to my local mechanic.
He bled the ABS and all the lines including bench bled the master. Replaced DOT 3 with DOT 4.
He also took it to our local dealer a few blocks away from his shop. Genius there told him that my front lines are to long . They have not seen such Jeep in person!!!
Pedal is much better and it stops great however it is not what is used to be. Still a bit mushy and goes down a bit lower than before this issue started. So I’ll drive it and get used to a new pedal feel.
Also had to replace pedal switch. Stop lights were on all the time and I got C107C code. Probably fucked it up while removing the booster.
No more issues to deal with.
Had it washed and somewhat detailed.
JJ greased except two. Have to drop the arms.CV shafts greased. LockNLube grease gun is nice. If anyone is in the market for one.
Also replaced Autometer oil pressure sensor. The gage stopped showing, guess I know why now.
