JK white hood

So my buddies thought it would be a good idea to use my hood (not the big ass steel bumper) as a boost to get on the roof and it has a few dents in it now. Body shop said they can't pull the dents out paintless meaning more money than I want to spend to fix it. Anyone have a white hood laying around? I'm located in Oklahoma

did the stone white change all that much? i know color matching especially white can be a pain but i cant imagine it would be that much different than if the body shop fixed it and re painted it :thinking: but i dont know much about vehicle paint so not sure.

Noticeable different, yes.
 
You could contact Rubitrux....they have factory take-off hoods they sell for about $300. If that's the route want to go, tell your buddies to put the funds together and order it for ya.
 
They are two different paints. 07-11 used stone white, 12+ uses bright white. They are noticeably different.

might need to do that, thats way better than the $1050 i was quoted by the body shop in town :icon_crazy: And yes most definitely the money for a new hood will not be coming from my wallet.

i emailed Rubitrux to see if they have any of the stone white ones left ill see what they say. Or hell another option is just find one a different color and have a shop paint it that would still be cheaper
 
Or just have them pony up for what it would cost to replace it and you dump a little more and get you an AEV or something like it.
