hanyone have a diagram where would I measure to know what lift height do I have on rear ?

I looked back in some old threads and found someone who measured there stock rear at 19 3/4 at the shock. no pics

Before I lifted my JKU Rubi, the stock height measurement was 37". That is from the ground up to the bottom of the fenders (centered)
