Recently moved here from Ventura, Ca.
Still not accustomed to the heat, but I am happy about the many off-road areas available.
Have been off-roading my entire life, (45years) usually - almost always - in Jeeps.

Just picked up my newest, a '97 TJ. It's nice.
I also have a '02 Liberty - for sale.
Wife is currently in an '05 Liberty.

I bought the Liberty's because; a) they are Jeeps, b) they had A/C.
Our California Jeeps did not. Wasn't needed.
Mine: '79 CJ7 w/ AMC 304 - very fun, and a '78 Cherokee Chief. Very fun, but thirsty.
Hers: '86 Cj7. 4.2L, 5spd.

Anyway, I've been lurking here for some time now, figured I'd sign up.

Wave from Chicago! I went to Las Vegas for a week vacation a few months ago and I am trying to to go back out there asap. It's my new favorite place.

I miss my V-8, but the TJ is nice.
Previous owner had just done a lot of work on it. I feel the lift is to much for my tastes, (4" I think) but I'll keep it for now- I would have re-geared. It spent most of its time behind a motorhome, just a hunting and camping Jeep.

If you know any good jeep clubs in Las Vegas let me know.
