JEEP SALES DOWN : Reading the Tea Leaves

One important point that hasn't been mentioned, I bought my JKUR this April. I can single handedly cause new car sales to plummet, thereby causing resale values to drop by purchasing a new vehicle.
Buy high, trade low. That's my curse.
Good news for JK owners though, I don't plan on getting rid of this one until gasoline is no longer available.
 
I think the biggest impact is the uncertainty due to a highly caustic election cycle...and to a lesser extent, the changes coming to the wrangler line.

Jags is right...if you are in the market for a new vehicle and need to finance, think about locking it in right now
