Fun aint it? Im still cleaning it from this time out. This was more of a sandy water mix, so wherever the water went the sand went with it.

On a non related subject, this is post 1776 for me. Merica! :usa:

Good lord what a mess [emoji115]🏼

So mud is a love hate thing for me, but mostly hate. I gave up mud in 2011 - covered my first JKU in mud at an off-road park near an active oil field, and it stank like hell. That afternoon I had Mexican food at On the Border and ate on the patio in 104 degree weather and got sick. Vomited my guts out, and all I could smell was that oilfield-infused mud I'd been in. So every time I see mud it makes me throw up in my mouth just a little.

Excuse me... Gotta drink some cold water and lay down for a minute after this thread.

Oh fuck that, I drive around water or any mud I see. Unless Eddie takes us somewhere I can't get around.

Hinrich needs to comment on this thread lol

LOL, Where's Flipper?

To mud or not to mud depends on the time spent wheeling. If it's an all day thing then I'll do it & bitch about the cleanup. If its a one time thing
I'll go around. And fuck the "hold my beer and watch this" mud bogger shit. A 20 second romp in the mud just ain't worth it

This was Saturday.... I've washed it twice and still haven't gotten it all off... It's sand and it keeps coming out of every crack and crevice!!

As long as it doesn't come inside I'm not real worried but I'll go around if I can. Nothing worse than driving an hour home on the highway with a massive vibration from mud stuck in your rims

Picture I took of hinnrichs lol image.jpg

The mud was literally like 4 foot deep. Like driving through wet clay

I don't aim for the mud, but I don't shy away from it either. If you don't want to touch the stuff don't bother coming to the Midwest, all the tree coverage in these woods keeps the ground soft for a couple weeks after a heavy rain. Not to say you couldn't try to avoid it, but you would be missing a lot.

Although I'm not a big fan of mud I have had my days when it was just not avoidable.........last trial ride in Ocala National Forest with my local club........when in Rome :grayno:........she cleaned up well afterwards

I hear you, further East it gets rockier. On my side of PA and in the St Mary's-Dubois areas where we had a camp, its gas well roads/trails & mud.

LOL - I remember this pic from another mud thread. Just like when we were kids, its fun playing in it, sucks big time getting it cleaned up!

That's nasty..
