No, that would piss me off too. You can always email them and let them know to take it down. It's false advertising for sure.
 
While I definitely understand your frustration, that's part of the problem with the internet. Once it's out there without a watermark or anything notifying who it belongs to, it's pretty much free game. At least that's my understanding.

Edited: For the record, I would definitely be pissed as well.
 
If you right click in chrome it gives you the option to search for pictures in google. You can also search tineye.com or download the plugin to check your pictures on the web to see if people are using them unauthorized.

Tell them they can keep using the picture of your JK but you want 10% of every sale as compensation. They'll soon change it to a pic of their own vehicle. :cheesy:
 
Looks like a foreign site to me. I imagine no matter what, unless you get a lawyer involved, they're not doing anything.
