Is this a good deal?

I would try to get a 2012 or later. That way you get the new pentastar engine with 80 more HP and better fuel mileage. You can find one in that price range. I did.

First off Welcome to the WAYALIFE.

Second after filtering your link three pop up. Of the 3 with out really looking at them in person I would say they are decent on price. I picked up a 2011 JKUS with 14,000 miles on it in February 2013 and paid $26,000, but I have purchased two other vehicles from the dealer so I am preferred customer. With that being said it will come down to what you want to pay. i would go the no modified one and build it myself. That is just me.

I agree with all of these guys way to much. Unless your getting a steal ( which that is not) you should hold out for the 12 and up. The engine makes all the difference. Marking up price for lift and tires etc is negligible. My suggestion is either shoot for an older and build it yourself. You get more accomplishment and you save some cash too. Or look for a 12 or 13. I personally went the older route. Was able to grab an 08 in 2011 with 45k for 16k was a steal and have made it my own. Deals are out there just gotta find them. Good luck and welcome to the forum

x2...if I were spending 31K on a JK it better be built just the way I like it...or brand new. Otherwise I could buy a brand new JKU sport with options and build it into my own with all waranty and milage belonging to me and my errors. otherwise I'd get an 07-09 (10's and 11's have a few quirks that make some products not compatible out of the box and they usually cost a little more) for dirt cheap whenever someone is just looking to dump it and build it up harcore with the savings

You can still find new 13's on lots that dealers will want to move.... Here is what I did.
Secured my own financing before I went to the dealer, told then what I wanted, what I would pay, and when they wouldn't deal... I left; I did this at two different dealers; after leaving with in 2 hrs I got a call from the dealers begging me to come back in and talk... They then were willing to deal... For weeks after I would still get calls from the dealers that I left.

I had to go to 4 dealers total. Miraculously the last dealer i went to listened to my story and figured I was telling him the truth about my other experiences; and dealt with me straight away... They even did a dealer search to get me in the jeep I wanted with the options I wanted.

Hope this helps.... I will tell you my full story if you want to pm me.

Thanks for all the input. Here in Florida jeeps in general are not cheap. Everyone wants max dollars new or used.

31000 for a used jk is a lot !! I only paid 34 for my JKUR brand new I wud def say find a better deal do not settle just cuz u want it really bad even though I know that's easier said then done

I don't always wheel , but when I do I keep it tight......... Stay dirty my friends.

I paid $36,750 for a 2014 JKUR, every option, $43k and change sticker price. The economy sucks right now, and dealers WILL deal, they have to. There were 20 plus 2013's on the lot, still got a good deal. For southern Cal, I feel I got a pretty good deal. Good luck!

FYI I paid 14.5k for my 08 JK RHD and 26 (extended warranty, evts and simonize included) for a 14 JKU sport.

Look for deals. Theyre out there. I happen to know that 08 RHD is selling for 16-18 and has 65k on it and I took great care of it. So keep searching!

Florida is not special in this respect.... but business is business, if you show you are willing to walk away from a deal, salesmen will work with you, as long as you're within reason.

Hey man I live in Tampa and at courtesy jeep on SR 60 you can get a loaded 13 or 14 rubi for this price
