I'm upset found why my jeep rides like crap

Is it me or is your Jeep leaning to the passenger rear? On top of all of the other advice I would make sure that right rear shock isn't leaking...

It is. If one of the rear coils isn't the issue, I think something is bent pulling that side down.

I agree that the parking lot looks sloped, but that lean seems significant.

The lot has a slight slop will try to find a flat stop. Also going my rear rear bar bolt is loose need to find some 9/16 bolts and tighten it up

I believe the shock don't play a roll in ride height only to soften up the ride

Right, the shock shouldn't have any impact on ride height unless it is malfunctioning and is bound up.
