How small of a winch you can get away with?! (an educational thread)

The only thing sweeter than that vid was that sweet Russian Rock. And the only thing sweeter than the Russian Rock is Strizzy's uncanny ability to find, bar none, THE most random videos. Shoot Strizzy you should have your own thread. 👍

Haha that was awesome! Proof that power is not the only thing you need, but that a bit of ingenuity goes a long way!

Don't follow me, I'm lost too! O|||||||O

Very cool!!! All the guys that run a smittybuilt winch might have to remember this one! Hahahaha

LMAO thank you :thankyou: but I do have a thread....and if my video thread is anything like my build thread, then itll be 8 months between posts :sigh: Ill keep hitting up your random pic thread just to not jinx myself

That was cool. Not sure if I would be standing on the edge of that ice though.

The whole time I was expecting everything to collaps back into the water :eek:

Am I the only one who was looking for a dead body? :thinking: :naw:

I was looking at the drivers side the whole time.... And was puzzled when there was nobody in there... Then you see from the other side that the right hand window is broken (right hand drive). I think they at least made it out of the vehicle...

Yea but in all serious the driver is lucky if it was a decent impact. Soviet dash cams can attest those people do not like seat belts....

how were those posts secured to the vehicle ???

it looks as though they were perfectly hooked on to the frame some how as the vehicle came up the boards never shifted at vehicle end not where cables were attached:thinking: very cool idea though brilliant in fact :shock:IMG_0097 (2).jpg ill stay in shallow ice puddles :sigh:
