Help me.

Put it on stands and run things till you find the noise. It could be a wire or line tapping something as well
 
I remember reading on here someone had a similar problem. A little flange hitting something making a noise. Good luck fixing this.
 
It was Frank, when he installed his 1350 he had this problem with the yoke, needle nose pliers fixed it. On the transfer case side

I don't think that would cause a bind though. Only a taping noise I think. You can actually feel mine and feel it in the shifter knob on the transfer case.
 
I'll try it when I get home tonight. It just seems like it's a bind though not out of balance

No- the balancing wouldn't likely do it. But it could cause vibration.

But if it was a groove off I could se it making some trouble.

Any chance you could run a different shaft up front to see it that's the problem?

I'm gonna try that. But if the ujoints weren't lined up right could it make it bind?
