My jeep is a silver 4dr Rubicon HRr.
I wish I had a good recent picture to share. I will try to get some up as soon as I'm done my lift.
I like to wheel Rausch creek and do some beach driving with the family on vacation at least a few times a year. While I do have another car I wind up daily driving the wrangler since its my favorite car.
Goal is: 3.5" lift with 37 or 39 KM3's. The goal is to flat the jeep behind an Rv and take the family on some good road tripping across the country while hitting off road trials with the jeep. looks like This year is out but I guess more time for more jeep upgrades.
So what I have done so far is:
Exterior:
Bestop trektop nx glide
Bestop Core Doors painted to match and inserts satin black.
Notch customs Xmax fender flairs. Painted to match and front fender flat cut.
Highline off-road inner fenders front and fishbone inner fenders for the rear.
Fiberwerx JL grill painted satin Black
Smittybilt Tire Carrier HD Pivot mount. Got this for less then 300 new figured I would try it. Im actually really impressed with the quality and I was lucky enough to get the textured black and not the wrinkle black. It looks great and matches the stock steel bumper texture really well.
Maximus 3 stinger.
Quadratec Automatic power/heated Billet Aluminum Mirror. Love these things
Genright A pillar light mount.
Mechanical/Electrical:
Genisis dual battery with dual odyessy batteries.
Spod With JL push buttons. I custom installed them where the stock push buttons are. I moved the stock ones down in the panel to fit the 8 push buttons. came out great but I have way more hours into it then id like to admit.
Teraflex Delta Big brake kit with J-8 Brake booster and master cylinder. This kit is amazing it stops so good with a nice progressive pedal feel. Panic braking feels like it could throw you out the windshield. I couldn't recommend this setup enough.
Flowmaster 50 custom mounted under jeep. boulder crushed the stock one.
What I have waiting for install:
Clayton 3.5" premium lift.
Psc big bore XDii-R steering box.
Rareparts dual load ball joints.
Adams 1350 greaseless front Drive shaft
What is on my shortlist to get (in the next 4 weeks)
Black rhino Reno candy red beadlocks.
Bfg Km3 in either 37 12.5 or 13.5 or 39 13.5. These run smaller then most tires I know.The actual mounting size of the 39s are 37.3 and only weigh 8 pounds more then the 37 13.5. So im leaning towards the 39 any input?
Falcon 3.3 shocks and steering stab. I heard a lot of good things about these any input?
Hd draglink and tierod. Im looking at the Barns aluminum kit or the Tmr custom set.
Artec Apex Front HD truss a gusset set and rear Artec truss kit.
new ring and pinion with bearing kit. Either 4.88 or 5.13
What I will get in the near future:
Rancho High steer Knuckles.
Timken Front wheel Hub bearing
Rcv front Axle. Any input on if the oversized 300 worth the extra coin?
Rear G2 chromoly axles.
Thinking on getting the Psc Power steering pump kit and possible ram assist if I think I need it.
