Hello all!

I'm a new jeep owner but feel like a kid again in my 2016 crystal granite JKU Rubicon named Link. Looking at doing some over-landing/Excursions an am looking forward to getting some experienced information from you guys as well as sharing my adventures. I haven't done anything to Link yet other than a cobra75 CB and an ARB50 fridge. Over time I'm looking forward to adding lift, tires, bumpers, winch, lights and what ever else Link decides I need!

I just finished my christening trip through 5 states CA, NV, AZ, NM and TX then back to Sacramento CA where I live. Some of the places I visited are Las Vegas, Hover Dam, Lake Mead, Lake Havasu and the Mojave Desert in NV. Then all old Route 66 through AZ as well as the Grand Canyon and Meteor Crater in AZ. I was only able to hit Albuquerque and Roswell in NM then on to Austin where I have family that I met for Thanksgiving. Made it home in 2 days and my JKU performed nicely in all weather conditions and terrain.

Howdy from Sac Town as well. I usually spend my days off exploring the hills above Nevada City, nothing too hard mostly just fire roads, if you ever want to tag along send me a message. Do you run a custom black California plate? I think you passed me on 80 on Saturday morning around Auburn small world.

Cool Ricky Bobby! My wife is from Grass Valley. Beautiful country up there! Let's get through the holidays and maybe next year we can put together something. Wasn't me... my black plates haven't come in yet [emoji3]
