Gold Lake 9/26-9/29/14

Hey all...just wanted to share my trip I took last weekend with you and was hoping you would enjoy it. This was my first trip since my son was born in June and also the first trip since getting my Jeep "trail ready"!
Although it rained for nearly 4 days straight there were some highlights that came from it. The trip was suppose to include Snake Lake, Deer Lake, and the Fire Lookout with various mines, it turned into a topless Jeep sitting under a tarp in the rain.
Notable moment of the trip was that I got to use my new winch on my buddies Toyota! Hope you enjoy!!

It was good to get out. It seems it's tough to find the time these days with a 2 1/2 year old and a 4 month old. I didn't care it rained all weekend. ..just camping and the little wheeling we did made for a great weekend.
