bloodmice New member Jul 13, 2017 #21 Ive heard of a cheap redneck fix to this problem.... Take off the original gas tank skid plate and weld/bolt on a piece of 3/16 -1/4 plate (whatever you have lying around if you are so lucky) kinda works the same but at a significant cost savings
