Flooded JL won't start

Hello Jeep Lovers

First of all, sorry for my English.

I have a problem with my flooded 2 door 2020 Jeep JL 2.0 Sport S.
Car won't start and messages appear on the display:
"Service Shifter",
"Service Antilock Brake System",
"Service Electronic Stability Control"
and at last big letter:
"Service Transmission Continue in D. Do Not Shift or Turn Off Engine Until You Reach a Desired Location You May Not Be Able to Shift Again Until Serviced.
I Charged both Batteries then disassembled and cleaned all the internal modules, harnesses and connectors, reconnected the connectors in the engine bay, but the problem remained.

In JScan - Advanced Scan I got millions of trouble codes, file attached.

Just tell me what I'm dealing with and what I can do?

Have you tried clearing the codes? Have you tried fully disconnecting both negative battery leads for at least 15 minutes?

Yes, I cleared it, but DTC's is same.
Disconnected both batteries overnight.
Now the AUX Battery is disconnected with the negative cable and fuse F42, but the problem is the same.
The main battery slowly discharges at about 0.01 per minute.
The grey relays in the fuse box are significantly hotter than the others.
I think the problem is in the CAN Bus or in some module (maybe TCM, PCM...).
But don't know how to check specific module via the CAN Bus.
If you have experience, please share it with me.
