Not for a long time. I think you do need a permit from the tribe. Here is a link from a quick internet search. http://plpt.nsn.us/rangers/

Yup you have to have permit. You can get on at the little store right there. Big cut thouts in that lake

Don't get caught using the wrong equipment! read what to use carefully. Other than that, I live close and have caught quite a few there.Good luck

Holigraphic and frog colored spoons white with red spot (excellent).no barbs. Indian head point is a good spot also northern nets. Ask the bait shop they almost always know whats hot. Good luck. Dont know too much about fly fishing though. Sorry
