Fender trim question

I know this is on here somewhere but I cant find it. Can someone please post a link to the write up for trimming stock fenders? Or directions to find it? Ive seen numerous ways to do it but i trust yalls direction more.

go to project-jk. Eddie did a write up for it to give you an idea and starting point
 
It's a great write up especially when it comes to the stuff that break easy.. I went to amazon and bought extra fender clips and door trim to dress the edges

lol its all good. one thing i did differently from the write up is i left the fenders on when i cut. that way i didnt need to purchase new clips and worry about them breaking when taking the fender off
 
I took mine off when I did my chop. But have done two more chops since and both were left on. If you take your time and do it right, no damage will ensue.
 
I also left my fenders on when I did my trim. I didnt want to run the risk of damaging the clips and Im cheap and didnt want to buy more. I have lots of pics on my build thread of how I trimmed them. I know a few others have their trim on their build threads as well
